This product is to be Dry Clean only. Steam iron is preferred or iron on low medium heat. Do Not Bleach.

The products will be shipped out within 7 working days.

Items purchased during sales and promotions are non-refundable. Size exchanges are also not allowed. Please kindly refer to the size chart available before making any purchases. Items damaged or torn during delivery must be reported within 3 days after the parcel is received and it must be returned back to us within 14 days after the report is made. We will replace the item should it still be in stock. Goods must be returned with price tag and receipt.

Colours may vary due to photographic lighting sources. Please be noted, there might be 0.5 to 1 inch differences in the measurement given due to the different stretchable quality of the material.

Dissappointed!!!!

My second purchase after Nabila in Black. I purposely do not want to buy 2 in 1 time just to make sure I have the size correct. After I got my Nabila, am happy with the size and made my 2nd purchase of Natasha. Turn out, the sizing was way too big eventhough I ordered the same size. The skirt is really2 big!

Secondly, I made an order for Natasha on 13th May and only received it on 1st June. I have emailed to your customer service and did not received any feedback. What is your SOP for replying your customer enquiry or complaint?

RR, you have such a big name but please do not have double standard. I am aware that my purchase is a sales item and not so exclusive and expensive like your other clothing. We, rakyat marhaen also want to feel and wear your brand and can only afford to buy your item during sales.
