Items purchased during sales and promotions are non-refundable. Returns and exchange are only applied to wrong item delivered or defect item. Items damaged or torn during delivery must be reported within 3 days after the parcel is received and it must be returned back to us within 14 days after the report is made. We will replace the item should it still be in stock. Goods must be returned with price tag and receipt.
