  1. What is my order type?
    Rizman Ruzaini carry a range of different order types, such as pre-order, made to order and ready. All are defined below.

    a) Pre-Order 
    Pre-order items are products that are made after order has been placed. The duration of pre-order items will take up to 14 days. Delivery date will take 7 working days after the duration of pre-order items.

    b) Ready Stock
    Ready stock items are products that Rizman Ruzaini have in stock currently. Delivery date for these items will take 7 working days from the date purchased.

    c) Made to Order
    Made to order items are products or designs that are custom made by our designers. This is only available for selected collections and the duration of these pieces may vary depending on the designs.

  2. How can I make an order?
    You can order products by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button then proceed to checkout or by creating an account with us and earn points with every purchase! 

  3. How to use voucher code?
    Customers can apply/use voucher codes at the checkout page. Vouchers that are valid are only acceptable.

  4. Can I amend my order details?
    Yes, you can email to help@rizmanruzaini.my request for any changes on details. Order details include change of address of postage and personal details.

  5. Can i cancel my order?
    Currently, any cancellations of orders can be requested through email at help@rizmanruzaini.my.

  6. What kind of Payment does Rizman Ruzaini accept?
    Rizman Ruzaini  accepts FPX, Debit Card, Credit Card. and Installment payments with Hoolah.
