Poor service and experience

I have follow the size instruction to purchase but end up, the size is not fitting to me. I have requested for change of size but got rejected. What is the point of me having the dress when I am not able to wear it. It is my first time buying from the brand and the experience is bad. The service is poor. I will not repeat and will not recommend to my friend
